IV. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

V. Cross-border processing of personal data

Data for newsletters are stored for a maximum of 3 years after the last order. Billing data must be legally stored for 7 or 10 years. Other customer data is stored for a maximum of 5 years after the last order.

LOTANA will never ask for your password, nor will you be obliged to provide it yourself. If you have communicated your password to a third party, this third party will gain access to your account and your personal data via your password. In that case, you are responsible for the actions taken by the use made of your account. LOTANA strongly recommends that you immediately change your password when you determine that someone has access to your account and contact LOTANA immediately.
