Game like Rummikub

Setup is a game like Rummikub. Create sets of numbers and colors. The better you match, the better you score!

This is how you play the game Setup

To begin with, there is a central game board on the table with four random card tiles in the middle. Each player starts the game with four card tiles on his personal tile holder. In addition to the board, four tiles are also placed face up as a common supply.

On your turn, you may discard one or more card tiles on the game board. He may use tiles from his tile holder and/or tiles from the common supply.

By discarding card tiles, a player tries to make as many sets as possible. A set is a sequence of two or more map tiles. The way you make sets is similar to the Rummikub game. They can be tiles with the same number but different color. Or it can be tiles of the same color whose numbers follow each other.

In the Setup game, each tile that fits into a sequence scores a point. Move your pawn further on the scoring track. Whoever reaches the finish line first wins the game.

There are two ways to play the Setup game: individually or in teams of two against two.

Game material

The Setup game contains a game board, four tile holders, four pawns and fifty card tiles. The map tiles are five color sequences with numbers from 1 to 10.

The Setup game is also suitable for color blind people. Each suit is also represented by a symbol (stars, hearts, diamonds, spades and clubs).
